12V DC Electric Trailer Jack - 2000Lb Lift Capacity With Hard-Wire Connection Review

I put this on my dump trailer. It works great for six weeks. Up down switch stopped working today. Not to get it to go up or down I have to cross wires on battery. No happy. Hope I can find a switch.

1st one all gears stripped rite out the box. Never got to use it. Returned they sent another one . 1 week switch burnt out . local store and replaced switch. 7 days later all gears stripped! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

This was very easy to install and connects easily to the battery. I recommend a bag or case for extra protection from the elements. Perfect height for my setup. No issues so far and we've been out on 5 trips with it.

I like this lift, it seems well made and does the job no problem, good led light. One WARNING I opened the cover box and they have wired the white wire as a negative and the black as a positive. Nothing on the outside will tell you this, would hate to see someone wire it wrong - suggest the manufacturer either labels wires or buyers open the cover and check the polarity before connecting to a battery. Other than that a great product for the price

Never even made it on the first camping trip and now it will not work in my window for return with ebay has closed very frustrating

The slim design and powerfull motor makes my camping easier and therefore more enjoyable. The hidden light is really powerful too.

Rain ruined switch so I replaced it with one from ebay and put a plastic bag over it to keep rain out. Then the gears broke so its useless.

We ordered on in June 2021, replacement needed sent august 2021. Now first trip out for the summer this year and it stopped working just like the last one! Not even a year old and less than 10 uses!

Bought this little betty for my car hauler. I'm getting older and lazier so I got the electric one! Got a car battery to hook it up to when using and disconnect when not. Works perfect!

I put 4 of these on an old cab over camper when the hydraulic jacks met their end of life. 10 months and one winter later, two of the four would not work. When I attempted to operate them manually, they would not move. After opening up the cover, I found water had gotten past improperly sealed switches and into the motors which were also not sealed properly. After cleaning up the rusted motors, one of them is operating correctly. The other will only retract which means the switch most likely is

installed it and it fit great but guess i waited to long to go camping now it extends but wont retract get the more expensive unit

Because of the trailer, not easy to install, the holes were too small for Jack but with a some grinding and two round stones (in a drill) it finally fit and is very powerful, a smig slow, but no more cranking. I don't know why some of the reviewers had trouble with the wiring, black on negative, white on positive, works great, even with a smaller sized IGM 12v battery. Haven't had to use the light yet. Thank You.
