First off - this thing can run circles around the bulb aspirators. Baby hates it, but at least it's effective and over quickly. Can't really clean the tubing, though, and if you put a few drops of rubbing alcohol in like it recommends, that's what you inhale next time you use it. I purchased thiis battery on the fact that it was 5200mah.in fact it says on the battery that arrived 4200 mah which is the factory capacity.I was hoping to essentially get 1/4 more capacity. Battery checks out in system profile at 4345mah!
