The only thing I wish about this helmet was that there was an option to keep the lights on for a longer period. I understand the need for a timer (and I'm sure I'd probably complain when my kid left the light on and it died), but we live on a dark street and it would have been a helpful feature. This is our second one of these "mohawk" helmets and my son is constantly told how cool his helmet is.

I was looking last minute for helmets for my kids and found this cool one. I didn't even realize that the spikes light up until we were out riding bikes and he turned the lights on. Safe and sturdy and should last a while. Highly recommend and came to the door quickly.

Got this helmet for my 9yr old son. Wore it for 2 days until the buckle on the side which holds the straps in place broke off. Looking for replacement buckles if possible but they are cheap and plastic and easily broken. Not as study as I thought. The helmet will not be useless if I cant find them

I didn't think I could love a bike helmet as much as I love this helmet. I bought this for my 11y/o boy before our trip to Block Island this summer. It was a hit! He got all sorts of compliments! He was virtually the only child on the island that week that had it and it bumped up his 'cool factor' by millions. He even got a honk from a motorcycle crew that rode on the other side of the road.Edited to add: the helmet, aside from looking badass, is sturdy and just overall brilliant!

My son loves this helmet. So that’s a plus for sure! Unfortunately, the lights don’t stay on. They will turn off after about 3 min. Bummer.

Grandson loves it the lights keep shutting off but the come back on when he takes it off not sure why this happens Thanks for attention.

I bought this for my nephew's 6th birthday and he absolutely LOVED it. I was curious about the spike - wondering if they could break off. However, the spikes feel like silicone and can move, but are not so flexible that they become misshapen. We only had to adjust the fitting straps and it was secure.

Bought this for my 5yr old has a bigger head than most kids his age. Easy on and off and he loves the spike (which are flexible) on the top. Wanted to find a way to encourage him to wear his helmet since it was quite an ordeal to get him to wear his. So far he loves it! Loves to ride around and show it off to the kids in our neighbourhoud. Has thrown it down on the sidewalk quite a few times with no visual damage. Will keep updated.

My son love this helmet! It’s a little big for my almost 6 year old but it’ll be a perfect soon as he grows. He loves the look and that it lights up. It looks sturdy and well made.

Kids loved the helmets when they came in nice and bright at night when they ride around has a couple setting for different light modes but the lights on the helmet have a timer so they do turn off while in use. Other then that the kids are always getting compliments about the helmet.

Just bought this helmet and received it in good shape. It looks as the picture shows. Appears to be sturdybuilt and will do what it's designed to do. For my personal view, it appears to be just a tad over priced for the productas a whole.

We purchased this for our 3 year old son who has a larger head and wanted a spiderman helmet. Even though they do not make spiderman helmets in his size which is a 8 to 14 year old head circumference. The colors were perfect and the spikes gave him more excitement. The spikes are a rubber made material and it was a plus for us.

Got this for my son for Christmas, he's 5. He thinks this is the coolest helmet for his electric scooter. It is very light weight and durable. He had already fallen off twice and there have been no issues with his helmet or his head.

Good helmet, fit well. Both my kids really loved the look. However, two months after purchase, the strap came loose and, after review, the helmet is no longer usable. Strange design; the strap is anchored by a small metal pin that sits in a small recessed area in the helmet. If that pin falls like my son’s did, you’re out of luck. Very poor design.
