The product came with no logo on the device which made me suspicious. He worked for a few months before he died just before a concert in our church. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the product. However, they had to receive the defective product before they could send a replacement. I explained that we needed it for the series immediately and they advised me to buy a new one from Revain and send the broken one back for a refund, which I did. Ordered on Friday and received on Sunday! Very fast! And this time logos were printed on the device. We've used it throughout the series and it's worked well ever since. I received a full refund for the defective product in a timely manner. Conclusion: The service was helpful, professional and efficient. However, if you receive a device with no logo printed on it, I will send it back and make sure it is replaced with the original. It's difficult to assess the damage done to our series as the first three nights didn't have a quality broadcast.
