Review on Rodelle by Jamie Mousavi

My experience with Rodelle's online business fell short of my expectations, which were quite high given my level of expertise as an advanced user. Because there were not enough product options and the product descriptions were not very comprehensive, it was difficult for me to find what I was looking for. In addition, the process of checking out was laborious and unclear, and there was no option to save payment information for use with subsequent transactions. Both the price of shipping and the amount of time it took to produce were higher than anticipated. After making a request for assistance to customer support, I received a response that was both unhelpful and slow. In general, I do not recommend using the online store offered by Rodelle and instead suggest looking into other available choices that may offer a more streamlined purchasing experience.
