edit: the customer support reached out to me and is sending me a new warmer and adapter. ill update again when I can try it out again. i hope it works cause i love this design!edit v2:i received the replacement warmer and adapter. The adapter will not fit the bottle that I use which is nanobe. it's still leaks when flipped back over to the bottle side down. with this bottle however, if I use the Spectra bottle I can use the adapter and I have no leaks. there is two ways to do the gasket per the instructions. I've tried both ways and my main bottle still leaks. but the Spectra does not. so I think it's more of a it's not compatible with this type of bottle issue versus the actual product issue. because it does not leak when it's heating up. it's only when it's flipped back to bottle side down that the liquid starts coming down the sidesthis works great however it leaks when you flip it back to bottle down. as a mom who struggles with milk supply toght now this is not a goot option to have some waisted cause the product leaks
