The cartridge rack stopped moving and the cartridges came out empty. I emailed support and was eventually told how to replace the cartridges. I emailed support again and they told me how to clean the injectors. I ended up being told to call support. I did and the man said someone else should help me. He'll call me, she said. When? I asked. This afternoon, she said. I've been waiting for two hours and no one calls. i am disgusted But I called support again and this time I got a very helpful, very knowledgeable person who diagnosed the problem as dry external cartridges (the ones that came with the printer) and told me how to deal with it. So the printer works, but the problem is with the cartridges. The person who was supposed to call never called. I wonder if it exists.
