It was as easy to install as everyone said and I'm not very good with these gauges. I installed it on a Champion Inverter Generator 3400W. As you can see it looks very clean and there is only one small hole. I used Gorilla double sided tape and it worked great! The tape is spongy and transparent. I was concerned about how to wrap the wires around the spark plug wire so I showed a picture that exactly matches the instructions in the instructions. It was easier than I thought. Make sure you have enough wire for the loop. The only modification I recommend is to drill the wire and put it through the hole before attaching the spark plugs to the wire. I did this at their suggestion to test it first and had to take it apart, thread the wire through the hole and reconnect the spark plugs to the wire. Luckily they give you extra zip ties. There was no way to run a wire from the back of the alternator housing. I checked the accuracy and it's pretty accurate for what's needed. Overall very impressed considering the price!
