So of course I read the reviews to decide if I would buy wax and like any normal person I did a lot of research on hard and soft wax but it was bad it seems. The reviewers didn't investigate at all. So google the difference between soft and hard wax and you will understand better like I did. This product is a soft wax! It goes smoothly and you need strips of wax to remove the product. I also used baby oil to remove wax residue that may have been left on the skin. You can also use aloe vera gel if your skin is a bit irritated. I noticed my brow friend uses soft wax so I bought this product. My brows turned out amazing, better than I expected!
