This monitor has excellent picture quality, everything looks very detailed. 2 problems 1 downside is the power button under the monitor, it sits right on the edges of the back and front of the monitor and is sticky at times, you have to get my ifixit pick to get it out sometimes. Certainly a quality control issue. Another fact is that this monitor is not VESA compatible. There are many adapters for other MX models but not for MX27UC. If you are planning to install VESA, stay away from this monitor. After a year of use at the price I paid for this monitor, which is around $600, I probably should have just paid another $100 for a better 1440p monitor.
