The customer service has been great! They are always willing to work with you, even when things aren't going well. I have had some issues that they couldn’t fix right away but were able to get it fixed in no time at all. It can be difficult for them sometimes if your not familiar with their products or services so make sure you do research before signing up with any of these companies. We use this as an email marketing tool which allows us to send out emails through our own domain instead of using gmail etc.
