I really enjoyed working at AASP because of its team! They made sure that everything was done perfectly for us during our transition from Office365 (on premise). Nothing specific came up in regards as far an issues were concerned - but they did go above & beyond what you would expect when moving employees out or taking over their responsibilities within any organization. I like that they were extremely thorough in their approach. They have been very transparent about our project from beginning all through completion of both projects (1) Data migration/movement - MySQL data base moved into Redshift; (2) Development environment setup using Ansible scripts, this was essential for us as it is what allowed us keep up momentum; 3rd party integrations are not currently developed but there has never really been any major issues or anything else along those lines either

They have a very strong customer service experience in their core product, they were able to get all our data from other platforms.They helped us identify areas of risk to our platform and implemented mitigations to prevent future incidents. The implementation was smooth. I'd say they do provide best practices documents for using AWS, which makes any follow up easier.
