They have a very strong customer service experience in their core product, they were able to get all our data from other platforms.They helped us identify areas of risk to our platform and implemented mitigations to prevent future incidents. The implementation was smooth. I'd say they do provide best practices documents for using AWS, which makes any follow up easier. This is a relatively small organization compared to more sophisticated organizations that can afford dedicated engineers. If you are running a less mature or mid size application then this might not be the best fit, but if you are looking at an opportunity to move into public cloud, I would definitely consider them as a partner. We had a couple of instances of security issues caused by old software dependencies. With ASMS's help, we have a safe path forward. I like how they are very flexible in terms of their approach and can adapt to our needs. They have been able to help us with every step of our project so far. The support team is also very helpful and always willing to answer any question. We are planning to migrate our website from one platform to another. This includes all of our customer data as well as internal systems. It has been a great experience working with them.
