I have been working with them for over 10 years now! They are professional friendly customer service people who really care about their customers' needs when it comes time to shred documents as well or data storage solutions such as our backup system called "StorStream". The product works great but we were using too much paper at one point so they worked out an agreement that allowed us more room in case things went bad financially which was good because this happened recently (hurricane Irma).

I've been using shredpro for over 20 years now so they know what it takes! They are always friendly & professional with me as their customer but in business situations (ie - when i'm not around) my employees will call them about issues that need addressing or something we can't figure out ourselves like paper jams etc... If there's an issue at any time during our process then someone calls us right back within minutes which makes life easy!! The only thing would be if this was done more often…

I like that it shreds paper so completely there's not any evidence left behind when shredded or even burned! You can use this online as well if needed which will be convenient for those who do their own work remotely but dislike having someone around while doing business with them in person (ie me). I like that my documents are shredded in a way that makes it difficult for anyone to be able to reconstruct them. It's also nice to know that I'm not wasting paper with these shreds.
