I have been working with them for over 10 years now! They are professional friendly customer service people who really care about their customers' needs when it comes time to shred documents as well or data storage solutions such as our backup system called "StorStream". The product works great but we were using too much paper at one point so they worked out an agreement that allowed us more room in case things went bad financially which was good because this happened recently (hurricane Irma). We had some issues getting all files off hard drives before destroying - not sure if there's any way around those problems though? Maybe someone else has experience here since i'm just learning how these systems work myself??? Their prices seem high compared to other companies like ours where most employees do very little paperwork/data entry etc., however having access 24 hours 7 days makes up almost 100% percent worth paying what seems expensive per month considering.
