I've been using shredpro for over 20 years now so they know what it takes! They are always friendly & professional with me as their customer but in business situations (ie - when i'm not around) my employees will call them about issues that need addressing or something we can't figure out ourselves like paper jams etc... If there's an issue at any time during our process then someone calls us right back within minutes which makes life easy!! The only thing would be if this was done more often by other companies who don't have all these resources available to them 24/7-365 days a year. We're saving money because no one has called saying "Ohhh sh*t!" yet lol.
