Vanguard Archives has always met our needs when it comes to archiving our documents. I appreciate how thorough they are in going over all aspects of the service, as well as their customer support. The only downside I can think of (if there's one) would be if you don't need your archived files stored on-premises, but rather off-site in the cloud. I like how easy it was to navigate through all my files when searching for something specific or looking up file names/attributes as well as being able to quickly find things if they were categorized incorrectly by another employee (or myself). It also has an option for scanning PDFs so you don't have print them out or copy/paste if they're already stored online somewhere else (like Google Drive).
