I like how easy it was to use as well! The customer service received from all parties involved (including support) has been great too. We were able to create an archive for our organization which contained documents we could not delete or move out of storage space due to compliance requirements within HIPAA/HITECH Acts etc.. This archived data will be used by employees who have access but do NOT work directly under me so they can't see my files/data - this allows them full privacy while still being secure enough without overloading resources at MY office's expense!!
