I like being able to access my documents from anywhere using cloud services or mobile devices without having them physically at home storage unit location which makes it easy for me as well other users who can easily use this service anytime any where they want! Nothing really dislike about our document archive system but more so how difficult we have been trying getting help regarding some technical issues such us; slow speed connection when downloading files etc., sometimes its frustrating because you need someone knowledgeable enough helping resolve these problems especially if your not familiarized yourself first before requesting assistance online through forums/social media platforms?
