Vanguard Archives has always met our needs when it comes to archiving our documents. I appreciate how thorough they are in going over all aspects of the service, as well as their customer support. The only downside I can think of (if there's one) would be if you don't need your archived files stored on-premises, but rather off-site in the cloud. Definitely go through the demo, get feedback from professionals, and choose what you want for your organization before committing. Vanguard has helped us save space internally, and also makes it easy for our clients to access their records. I like that the program allows me to easily scan documents of all sizes (including large documents). It has an easy-to-use interface, which makes it very user friendly. The program is compatible with Microsoft Office, but you can also use Google Docs. I don't have any dislikes about the product. If you're looking for a good archiving software, this is a great option. This product is not only able to archive files, but it's also able to search them as well.
