I like how easy it was to navigate through all my files when searching for something specific or looking up file names/attributes as well as being able to quickly find things if they were categorized incorrectly by another employee (or myself). Some fields would not be searchable which created some problems at times such as finding an old email from many years ago. It can also get confusing trying t figure out what folder everything belongs too since there's so much overlap between different categories - especially where you have folders within other subfolders etc. The best part about this system has been knowing exactly where every single document lives without having to go digging around for them! I like how it can be kept up to date, it's easy when searching through files. The software does not have as many features as other archiving programs out there but we use what fits our needs best. It allows for multiple file types which saves time transferring documents from different storage locations into archive folders. We also receive notifications via email if an item has been archived or deleted. Archiving large amounts of paper records so they do not get lost or become damaged over years.
