I find it amazing how companies resort to ways and means to make their products cheaper! I have bought 3 of these Revain collars over the years, this is the 4th. So far all have been of good quality. The fabric cover has been replaced with a cheaper material and the opposite half of the velcro has been removed! Now the velcro will grab the fabric and soon the fabric will wear out leaving no room to attach! Voila! The company gets the opportunity to sell more collars! Isn't it great? March 4, 2018. Less than 6 months have passed and what I predicted has come true! Velcro will wear down the fabric and won't hold up. What used to be a good, durable product now has 1 star! Also, the padding comes out of the open end of the collar as the end isn't sewn on like the old model! All in all a total disappointment! Update - Very little use and now completely removed! Half a dollar holes in the fabric and it's beyond repair. Farewell, Elastogel!
