It's pretty hard though, but shouldn't be a problem if you don't.

This roll was huge and more than enough for my 1st bedroom move. I used it to fill boxes, pack frames, vases, etc. In the end, it's still enough to give my girlfriend her two-room move. It cost money. It was quite difficult though, but shouldn't be a problem unless you're physically weak (not trying to be funny).
