Pretty good fit for in ear headphones

I got mine on the 13th June and have used them almost every day and they have been great. The sound was great, but now one of the headphones isn't working anymore. The thing worn over the ear was quite uncomfortable but I can just take another one without. I want the mic to be higher because when I'm on the phone with him I have to hold him closer to my face.
