Solid construction, great value. Fits perfectly in Dell Optiplex so should work in ANY standard 5.25" bay including those with rails. I only needed the adapter rails, but I didn't have a cover plate for the front of the 5.25" bay. This option was cheap enough, and the trayless design saves me a lot of hassle if I ever need to change a drive. I like this one Adapter really because it's simple but well made no frills just does its job and does it right Quiet operation is very important to me and this one is fanless but has screw holes on the back so you can add a fan if needed of your choice. This is MUCH better than a pre-installed 40mm screamer which I have to disable or modify. Other thoughts - I also ordered a 4 x 2.5" adapter from Istarusa and it has the same build quality The research paid off, I will be using this brand for any hard drive adapter bays I need.
