Received the product a day early and so far very satisfied. Quality - thick, durable material with a thick transparent plastic cover for inserting a picture or section for inserting a document. Zippers open and close smoothly, without kinks. (2) The second zippered pocket is a small triangle with a mesh slot in the front. Perfect size for gum wrappers. PEN HOLDER: (1) There is only one pen holder. However, you can add more pens in the large rectangular zip pocket. OTHER POCKETS: (1) There is a square pocket ideal for a family photo or registration card, (2) there is a side pocket just behind the triangle mesh pocket that is quite deep, about 5-6 inches, (3) there are more behind this pocket a pocket that is about half an inch longer. All these 3 pockets have no zippers. TOTAL: 5 pockets. I used velcro straps to hold the visor in place. I'll update my review later, just waiting to see what I can fit in some of the pockets and if the color fades and if any zippers come loose. Velcro straps do not interfere with using my visor.
