I have been an outdoor enthusiast for many years and having the right gear is very important. These bags were just the right size for what I was looking for. Well done. I would call them waterproof at first glance. (not much after 4 days in the rain.) I cut off the D-rings and straps. I mounted them with Z-nuts and plastic screws. For my application it was better. With the included setup, they can be used on an ATV, side by side, in a Jeep bag, or on the side of a backpack to add a few extra cubic inches so you can stay in the woods or mountains a few more days. In my opinion this is a good product and is only limited by your ability to take full advantage of it. Come out have fun and live.
