This bag is amazing! I like the tubular steel construction inside. It attaches very easily to my 2012 500 HO Athlete. This bag offers a lot of storage space. Can't comment on water resistance as I haven't had it in the rain yet, but since the lid fits snugly and you can buckle it, I don't see any rain or dust getting in there. My wife and I are thinking of buying her a second ATV and I will buy her another one. A little bonus for me is that I can lean on it like a back and it doesn't give way due to the tubular steel construction. I have a 265 and it doesn't budge when I lean on it. Another thing I like is that it doesn't cover any of my ATV's seats and I can easily remove it if I need to do anything for maintenance.
