Review on 🔧 RoadPro RPSW-5000: Efficient Stainless Steel Strap Winder in Black by Amrozi Papi

Please note that the NAME of this product is 'Black'. Well when I first opened my package I noticed it was shiny chrome. The next thing I noticed right away was the huge difference between the size of the stem and the tube that the crank mounts through. It just oscillates back and forth in this tube. The metal is of poor quality and bends very easily. When I first attached this crap to my flatbed trailer on my lap, the tensioner flexed immediately. I didn't even tighten it that much and it was still dangling from the tension bar. The spot welds on the nut that the winder clamp bolt goes through are very small and 1 of them is already cracked. I bought a pilot a real RoadPro brand winder a few years ago and although it was cheap too it still lasted so long. I can safely say that THIS IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT sold in Pilot and Flying J stores. This is a cheap fake (if such a thing can exist). Now I will look for a replacement in a real store instead of buying it online. Obviously I didn't get what I paid for.
