Very good quality I use it all the time to wind up the straps on my trailer, sometimes I have 12 or 16 depending on the load and it makes them very easy to wind up and store . nice and fast

I don't know that other reviewers complain about it being too tight to spin, mine works great right out of the box. This is a real time saver for me and I would recommend it to any O/O operator or corporate tablet. Configurable and usable for both right- and left-handers.

The handle on the one I received didn't have a long enough handle. Therefore, when I screwed the winder onto the handle, it touched the base and would not let it rotate. Luckily I still had my old one and the pen worked perfectly. Not sure if this was a one off mistake or a habit as I only bought one and having the parts I never bothered the company with it.

The product looks like it is made of quality materials and appears to be quite durable. Right out of the box I couldn't roll the straps because the forks were screwed in too tight and the handle was sticking. I just had to raise the chains a bit so the forks would only rotate halfway. This allowed the handle to rotate freely. After making this small change, the product worked great for me. I don't need this tool every day and if I did I would probably invest in a better setup. Please note that the NAME of this product is 'Black'. Well when I first opened my package I noticed it was shiny chrome. The next thing I noticed right away was the huge difference between the size of the stem and the tube that the crank mounts through. It just oscillates back and forth in this tube.
