With regular use, this product does make me feel like I've worked out. My muscles are sore as if I lifted weights or exercised. My only criticism is that the gel pad wear out quickly. I've had the product for three weeks and they are already pretty dull.

I have tried a couple of Ab stimulators over the past few years and hands down this is the only one that actually feels like it is working. I am actually a little sore from my session and with the others it never felt like it was working. Works very well. If your looking for an ab stimulator, then this would be your thing. At first its scary to turn on because well your brain is telling you no, knowing that your about to have electricity shock through you. Its not all that bad. Now I haven't gotten to level 5 yet because thats super intense. It has 20 levels. I'll never make it to 20. So if your thinking this might not work. I dare you to try level 20 and say that with a straight face.

I've owned it for almost 1 month. The pads do not stay sticking to skin unless I am lying down/no movement, which means I've used it a total of 5 to 6 times only. I did use the gel extender, but that does not seem to be helping at all. For this price- they should be staying in place and I shouldn't have to buy replacement pads for $20 after 5-6 uses.*No lotions, no hair, no reason.These pads may be a faulty set. All 5 do the same.

wanted to wait to leave a review. I have been using this for about a month now and honestly I have had no complaints. This is a strong device! I use it every morning and evening and so far I have noticed my "bulg" in my lower abdominal area started to go away. I have had such a hard time losing weight and building muscle in my lower abdomen area after I had my daughter and this helped me so much!

One of the three massage units was defective. It would have a sudden power surge followed by a failure, even after assuring it had a full charge, it continued to have this issue. I wrote the customer service on the product's website over a month ago, and have not received a response. One of the other two has since began to have this issue.

This product is awesome, but I have two problems with it. One of the batteries will not hold a charge, it will go for maybe two minutes and then stop all of a sudden, it happens every time. The other concern, the stick only lasted two uses so I’ll have to search for more. The rest of the product is fantastic, I just need a new battery.
