I'm about 230 lbs and 5' 3.5" tall and I'm normally a 1XL and size 22, but I needed to order the 5XL, according to their sizing. This size fits me well. I didn't want it to be fitting and hugging my body so the size I got is a little looser, but I like the way it looks on me. I think this shirt is very flattering and made with good material. I bought these shoes to use in the gym shower and they worked perfect for that. I also did try to wear them out waking me dogs because it was raining and super muddy so I went ahead and slipped these shower shoes on and head outside. After not even 2 minutes of waking out the door my dogs noticed a squirrel that was down the street and they took off running, pulling me sending me sliding through the mud until I got my hand free of the leash. When you think your life if complete.think again! They fit great and hold their shape even after workouts. I have put them in the dryer cycle and NO shrinking - came out like new. They fit like the Kayizu underwear (which in fairness is cheaper but not nearly as much fun). Girlfriend likes em and they stay put - no ride up in the legs and the band holds.
