These outdoor lights are excellent and have worked, without issue, with wind chills below zero. Lighting options include (only) a single solid color or alternating solid colors, with various fade in/out patterns and different speeds. Dimming is possible for a single color; I have not tried dimming for alternating colors. I loved these lights while they were working, had to unplug the unit, and then when plugged it back in stopped working at all. Checked the outlet, it was fine, checked the connections, fine, checked the remote fine. Tried to turn the lights on and off directly from the controller and nothing. No way to contact seller or manufacturer directly only was it through Best Buy. If they could have sent me perhaps a new controller unit I wouldn't have had to buy a new set

Great set of sturdy lights, being LEDs and plastic bulbs we rolled out the lights on concrete with no problem. Thick cord so it was easy to hang up and not have to worry about running along a rope. The colors are fun to match your moods and the adjustable brightness is a huge plus. The remote has a long range, we can turn the lights on/off etc from inside out house 70 ft away. I wish you could program the color change modes, but can't really complain at this price point.

Honestly, you’re wasting your time and money if you purchase these. I thought maybe my first set was defective because the light bulbs would randomly start flickering and eventually turn off altogether. Got a replacement (this was a nightmare, seller never responded but Best Buy helped out). Replacement lasted a month or two longer then did the exact same thing. LED lights should last for years. Do not buy this.

If you have ever bought similar outdoor lights at Costco there are half as many lights. It's 15 bulbs over 48 feet. That's over three feet between bulbs. That being said, these lights are bright.

We were expecting 2 strings of lights. The listing on the website was confusing as to number in order. I question the 2 remotes thru us off.

I love these lights. However, after a month or so, the one bulb never matched up with the rest of the colors. as seen in the picture. It's always a different color unless it's on the white light option. But I'm a little different, so I embrace this strand's uniqueness. 4 stars only because it's a little defective.

I had loved these cafe RGB lights that you could have two colors on at a time, these were 1 color only all bulbs the same color. other than that they are fine.

I have lights set on a timer, each time they come on the color option switches back to white. I have set the color with the remote and the main box (on string) with result the same. They are not as bright as other brands. I would not purchase these again and now searching for replacement.Total wast of money.

Haven’t misplaced a remote yet, but good to have spare.While not specifically stated, any unsupported span of over three or more light bulbs, I string a wire and hang the span to that to prevent strain on the bulb to bulb connections.

This set came with 2 remote controls, one for outside and one for in the house! Makes it super handy to turn the lights out before going to bed for the night! Love all the 8 colors, the options on the remote and how easy they are to hang!

I purchased 2 strands of these lights back in the spring. At first they were great, but only a month after hanging a couple bulbs quick working. I replaced them, but bulbs continued to quit working. I have gone thru all the replacement bulbs that came with both sets and now have about half the lights not working or flashing. Last night I just unplugged them completely because they looked so bad. These are definitely worth the extra money, compared to the lights that are strictly white. It would be cool if you could do multiple colors, like a rainbow option which the picture kind of hints at. Either way I love these lights.

I bought these for my sister's lake house for christmas. We hang them up in june. They worked great! Only problem is after about 3 months of usage for 3 to 4 hours every other weekend they stopped working.
