I loved these lights while they were working, had to unplug the unit, and then when plugged it back in stopped working at all. Checked the outlet, it was fine, checked the connections, fine, checked the remote fine. Tried to turn the lights on and off directly from the controller and nothing. No way to contact seller or manufacturer directly only was it through Best Buy. If they could have sent me perhaps a new controller unit I wouldn't have had to buy a new set
