We just set it up so it too soon to give a full review. However, the screws for the base were missing and the color Navy is definitely not Navy. It is more like a navy/grey color - almost like denim. It does not look like the Navy in the picture when ordered. Umbrella also sways with the wind so I am not sure how it will hold up on windy days. We also bought the base that they recommend to buy and you really do need this to keep it from falling over. We filled ours with water.

the base needs 4 bolts and item came with 2. I have looked and looked and do not see a way to contact the seller to get the 2 outstanding bolts. also, the instructions are not clear and this thing is not going together correctly.

This umbrella would be amazing, however, there are a few design flaws that make it go from oh wow to ugh. For starters, the base. Its shaped like a cross, and way too small for the size of the umbrella. Plus it isnt weighted, so you need to go on essentially the quest for the holy grail looking for base weights that fit that style, unless you rig something.Next, the second a light breeze hits it, it spins at the pole, so forget about using it on a lightly breezy, sunny day you'll be constantly…

Came in wrong color. Ordered beige came with burgundy. Very very flimsy. Will not stand without the weights. Thanks for attention.

Got my order faster than expected. The umbrella was easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Great shade for my pool. The canopy may not provide enough shade for large groups.

This is perfect for style in your backyard or to really use for shading. I love the lights at night, and it sits to shade my koi pond during the day! In love!

Looks great, easy to put together. Definitely need sand bags or some other weight for the base. Biggest complaint is thay it just feels flimsy. Parts were already broken during transit and I had to get replacement sent out. In the replacement still had broken pieces. Made cheaply and don't think it's going to last long. Looks nice though so enjoy while you can or spend a bit more and get something better quality

Nice umbrella. Base is flimsy so be sure to her sand bags. I loved this umbrella until the lights stopped worked 5 weeks after delivery.

I bought two in dark grey, and they have been up for about a month now. They are fading awful and will not last the season as far as color. I contacted the seller and they offered me $50 to deal with it. Don't buy these, they are poor quality.

The Item is Easy to install. To anchor the base, it will need four bolts. I wanted the one with the heavy right to move to a different spot without damaging the floor.

We first tried a pop up canopy and hated it. Then we ordered this and it’s great! Be prepared to anchor the base or do like we did and put a sandbag on it to weigh it down. Easy to put up and the lights are great! Solar power also means we can move this easily without worrying about an outlet or extension cord. Definitely recommend this! It completed our outdoor space.

It seems like my unit is built correctly, but the base can't even support the umbrella. Thank goodness I pre-ordered the extra weighted base - it is absolutely required! Also, even the weighted base has failed me a few times, as the slim default base "slips" easily past the weights if the wind is strong enough.Otherwise, pretty happy with the design. But the issue mentioned above is a problem.

Was not exactly what I wanted to buy,but the description could have been a little more in depth to insure that what I bought didn't need an added weight to stabilize it.

Everything was so easy until I got to the part where I need to connect the base to the umbrella where I noticed I am missing on hex bolt. Please I need someone from customer service to get in touch with me about this issue

Literally opened this umbrella 3 times and it’s so faded it looks like it’s two different colors! Got it late in the season and barely used it - so ridiculous it’s already faded so much. Maybe expect it after a few seasons - bad material and totally not worth the money!

Overall I’m happy with the product. What I’m not happy about is I did not order greenish gray in color. I ordered navy blue.

Great umbrella except the color faded horribly and very quickly. I purchased the umbrella and only used it this summer and early fall. It looks like there are stripes of navy and light blue. Would not recommend only because of the color fade.

It’s a nice looking umbrella but the mounting bolts were not there in box. Then there was a paper in the box that said "contact us if there is missing hardware” yet there is no email, website or phone number to contact them!

Ordered 2 of them and one was shipped broken (but missed my return window) and the other one tips over. Stand isnt sturdy.

It has fallen, blown off my deck twice, unless your prepared to put this is concrete or drill it to a deck it will not stay up right!
