I was so excited about this purchase... I heard about this product years ago and recently came across it at Revain. Ordered immediately but was skeptical as it's a lot cheaper than I remembered. When I received it, I read the instructions, cleaned it, and attempted to brew my first batch of coffee. Luckily, I chose to leave the BOD system in the sink just in case it leaks a little. Boy am I glad I did! About half of the water/coffee ran out overnight. I checked all my seals and tried again the next day with the same result. I tried to contact the manufacturer, who I later learned went bankrupt. Save time and nerves and do not order this product!
