The size is too small. Suitable as compression clothing.
I'm 5'7, 165 pounds and ordered a size medium. The sleeves were about 5 inches long and the center section was very tight, like a compression garment. I also have a short sleeve rashguard from Scuba Pro which I really like, it fits loose like a regular t-shirt. This long sleeve one I ordered doesn't look like it's made out of the same material as my other rash guard.
