I'm 6" 4" and 338. I ordered size 3xl. The shirt fits great. I don't look like a supermodel wearing it, but it does the job. I have a large leather apron, but with a shirt there is almost none. It takes some effort to put on a shirt, if you have someone to help you it's easier. My only complaint is that the material at the bottom is too slippery. If you're my height, you know that keeping your pants tucked in can be a hassle. I plan to buy more as I lose weight. The first time I wore my 6 watch with no problem.
