I have been using their support team for almost 8 years now as my client since they were known only as "Madiba" then i started working there myself so i can say this from experience. Their prices are very reasonable but still not cheap enough if you compare them to other companies out there. They do offer discounts sometimes too which makes things even better! Nothing much really though just try them once before making your decision because after all what matters most here is how good you feel when talking to people over phone who actually knows whats going around inside your system like me :) Support has always given satisfactory answers whenever needed by clients/customers.
