Review on 🛴 Black Joovy Scooter X2 with Tray - Double Stroller for Twins, Side by Side Design, Large Storage Basket by Kristina Kajer

So I had some problems when I received this product. I won't lie, this is the first time I've bought a stroller at this price and I've noticed issues. All I could think was that I made a mistake? No I haven't lol. Customer service was great! I literally discovered the problem and contacted Joovy via live chat and the issues were resolved quickly! I am very happy with the customer service right now. The stroller was everything I wanted and even with those issues I was still happy with it (of course I was done cos it's new and wasn't supposed to have it but glad it got resolved). My 4 year old fits in comfortably and mine is 11 months old :). They both weigh about 30 pounds and they both love it. The large basket and canopy go a bit over the trays! My son hates being looked at and prefers to hide and that allowed him. He walked through my door! And the gym door! I was so overwhelmed that I expected a strong push but couldn't fit in like nothing happened. The only downside I noticed was that once I took it off and the wheels seem to wear out easily, but then again I feel like all wheels wear out except bike wheels. Joovy sells spare wheels, which makes me very happy. In general I am satisfied. I love how easy it is to close and that the chair basically folds down and makes it easy for my kids to move from lying to sitting and sitting to lying. I love customer service too.
