The sweater had a 1 inch long hole where the fabric was not sown into the zipper. Easy return, and they are supposed to ship me another sweater right away. I only gave a three star because of the delay and the hassle of having to return a product (the return was easy enough) that I was looking forward to wearing. To give them credit the hole was hard to see and I found it quite by accident when taking the sweater off (glad I did find it the first day rather than later), as I am sure that eventually it would be a major problem.
