Review on De'Longhi EC685M Dedica Deluxe Espresso Machine with Automatic Features, Metallic by Steven Thelin

NOT but this product is from this company. The limited use of this machine in my household does not mean that it is overloaded. Maybe 4 times a week I make 1 latte a day. I paid over $360 and it's not even 2 months old, overheating and not letting off steam. Called DeLonghi and I HAVE to pay shipping to fix a product I haven't had in a very long time. Very disappointed in this company and if returned it will be the last product I will buy from them. UPDATE: 01/30/18. The car has been under repair for over a month. They're not sure when they'll get the role. Maybe in a few weeks. I needed a new pump. So without a car that was 2 months old and had to pay $40 to send it back for repairs and I have no idea when I'll get it back. Just breathtaking. UPDATE: 8/2/18 The car was returned yesterday and when I took it out of the box the bag and car were flooded with water. When I set the machine to make cappuccino, water came out of everything in the machine EXCEPT the cup holder. It kept dripping from under the coffee stand even after I turned off the machine. When I came back to try again, I noticed that the entire meter was one big puddle of water and the tank was almost empty. I called Revain and complained about this product it was returned in the worst condition after 2 months even after being repaired. They refunded my money and I will ship back to Revain. I would definitely NOT buy this machine based on product support and repair.
