ANC does not appear to be working on this device. Let's hope that the problem only occurs in this particular case. I've spoken to the manufacturer (after 1 hour of waiting) and there's no way to turn it on or off or troubleshoot. They offered an exchange but their exchange process takes weeks so I just return and reorder through Revain. I will update the review when there is a new one. Update: A new one has arrived and has the same problem. These headphones have no ANC at all. We return and report again
