My plans for a do-it-yourself spa day were derailed when I discovered that Rosena's online store did not live up to my expectations. Although they claim that their products create a luxurious environment, we found that they fell short in terms of quality. The performance of their cosmetics and other personal care products was not as good as I had hoped for, and the fragrances did not stand out to me as being particularly noteworthy. The bathing options and accessories were also unremarkable and did not provide the degree of relaxation that I had anticipated receiving from them. The lackluster quality of their customer support was the icing on the cake. It took an interminable amount of time for someone to respond to my request for assistance when I had a problem with one of their products. And when I did eventually get in touch with them, they were unhelpful and condescending. Rosena is not the solution if you are seeking for a do-it-yourself (DIY) spa experience. You should save your money and purchase products and accessories elsewhere that are of a better quality. You'll be grateful to me in the future!
