We have three of these units around our rural property in close proximity to streams. Units feature 24-hour mode and daylight settings; We use 24 hours. Installations and have the equipment hung from tall metal poles, with extension cords leading to outlets around the home. The plants are used from early spring to late autumn and leave almost no pest problems. The devices come with a 5-year warranty and the manufacturer has an excellent support service; We had a unit malfunction and called them. They told us to send it in the mail and fret about the free replacement of the device. The manufacturer is called Greenscapes.
