I bought this system in the spring to use this summer. I didn't dive in and start setting it up until it took me a couple of weeks. When I couldn't figure out why my sound wasn't working I figured it was me and I needed help. I made it to the director of video production for our church and to the pastor. He spent a week trying to figure out how it works, what kind of exits or entrances I need and finally he wrote to me and said he couldn't figure it out himself. NOW the support window is closed and I'm sitting with 200 devices in my pocket with no way to get help or return an unused product. My bad misconception is that there is only a 30 day return window. KNOW the return time and test your equipment as soon as possible.
