During my trail running I've found that there are two limiting factors: muscular/aerobic endurance and the formation of hot spots and blisters. These Rockay socks are my answer to the second challenge. With well-fitting, flexible shoes and lightweight touring and running socks from various major trail brands (NH White Mts), my feet usually start to complain at the 10-15 mile mark. I'm happy to be able to comfortably hike/run 30+ miles in these socks (like the Pemi Loop, my longtime favorite despite seemingly inevitable discomfort on my feet). In short, I'm very excited and will continue to experiment as I work to expand my range into the ultra range.
