The program has everything you need at your fingertips so it is easy for beginners or advanced users alike as well.

It does what I needed which was converting large amounts of emails into other formats such as Word docs etc. There isn't much room for errors when using this software but if there are mistakes that do occur they can be easily fixed by just refreshing/updating them rather than having to start from scratch again with another email conversion project. This really helped me out in terms of my business workflow since we were able to automate things like scheduling meetings via emails instead of creating appointments manually.
