Average, just as perfect. Not loose, stretchy, but fits like jeans. Thumbs up! Sz 8 is medSz 6 for me because of weight loss after surgery. Belly button waist strap stretches to put on and then fits without stretching, love it. No plumbing! Jeans stay where they're supposed to stay. Great buy
