So... my 2021 Tacoma has a remote start and shuts off when the door is opened. I love Toyota but this is the dumbest option! So I bought an aftermarket remote start kit because I figured it would work like most cars and you just have to push the start button and have FOB...well I get the box and it says 'The Car turns itself off when the doors are open." Well, damn it. What's the point of paying $150? When I got this option from the factory... I think I should have thought a little more about it. If I find a reason that makes this purchase reasonable I will update my review.
